NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) Tamil Nadu will commence the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) 2024 counselling process from today, July 22. Interested candidates can register for the TNEA 2024 counselling process by visiting the official website, tneaonline.org.
TNEA counselling 2024 process comprises registration, choice filling, allotment, seat acceptance, reporting to college / TFC, and payment of fees depending on confirmation.
Candidates with scores between 178.9 and 142 will participate in the second round of counselling, which is scheduled from August 10 to August 12. The seat allocation results for this round are expected by August 23.
Following this, candidates with scores ranging from 141.99 to 77 will take part in the third round, from August 23 to August 28. Provisional allotment results for this round will be announced on September 7.

The TNEA rank list for 2024 was released on July 10. A grievances redressal period was offered from July 11 to July 20 for candidates to address any issues or concerns related to the rank list. The TNEA counselling is conducted for admissions to government and government-aided engineering colleges, as well as university departments and constituent colleges of Anna University and Annamalai University.
