Subscribe NowThe Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) has declared the Combined Civil Services Examination Group 2 prelims results for 645 posts today, December 22. Candidates can access the TNPSC Group 2 result on the official website, tnpsc.gov.in.
The TNPSC Group 2 prelims exam was conducted on September 28. Along with the prelims result, the Commission has also announced the TNPSC Group 2 main exam dates.
As per the schedule, the paper I (Tamil eligibility test) will be held on February 8, in the afternoon session, and paper II (general knowledge) will be held on February 22, in the forenoon session. Both papers will be conducted as descriptive examinations.

Candidates who are shortlisted for the main examination will have to pay an examination fee of Rs 150 through their one-time registration (OTR) ID from December 23 to 29, unless they have claimed fee exemption.
Candidates who have claimed exemption from the Tamil eligibility test are required to upload the relevant certificate within the same period.
TNPSC Group 2 Result 2025: Steps to check
Below are the steps to check the TNPSC Group 2 result 2025 for the prelims exam.
- Go to the official TNPSC website, tnpsc.gov.in.
- Click on the “TNPSC group 2 result” link.
- Candidates will be redirected to another page.
- From there, candidates will be able to get the TNPSC Group 2 result in PDF format.
- Download the TNPSC results for future use.
“This provisional admission is based on the information provided in the online application, and these details will be verified later. If any discrepancy is found, the application may be rejected,” the TNPSC notice said.
