Try NowNEW DELHI: The JEE Main results 2025 for session 1 exams are out. The scores of which will be used for admission to top engineering colleges in India. This year, out of the 14 JEE Main toppers 2025 only one student from Maharashtra, Vishad Jain, obtained 100 NTA score in session 1 result.

Engineering colleges in Maharashtra accept Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET 2025), Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main 2025), or JEE Advanced 2025 score for offering admission to BE, BTech courses.
The MHT CET registration 2025 is open for physics, chemistry, mathematics and biology (PCM and PCB) exams. As per the schedule, the MHT CET PCM exams will be conducted from April 19 to 27 and MHT CET PCB from April 9 to 17.
The MHT CET scores will be used for admission to Maharashtra unaided private professional educational institutions. IIT Bombay, which is located in Mumbai, is ranked number 3 in the NIRF ranking 2024. The institute offers admission to its BTech courses through JEE Advanced score 2025.
To appear in JEE Advanced 2025, one must qualify the JEE Mains 2025. The NTA concluded the JEE Main session 1 exams on January 30 and the results were declared on February 11. However, the JEE Mains session 2 registrations are open on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. Candidates will be able to submit the JEE Main application form 2025 by February 25.

As per last year’s JEE Main final results 2024, a total of seven candidates from Maharashtra scored a perfect 100 NTA score.
