Tripura board extends deadline to raise objections on TJEE 2025 answer key

NEW DELHI: The Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination (TBJEE) has extended the deadline for submitting feedback on the Tripura Joint Entrance Examination (TJEE) 2025 answer keys. Eligible candidates can now challenge the TJEE provisional answer key till May 7 through the official website at tbjee.nic.in.

“The time for sending feedback has been extended further up to 07-05-2025. Candidates or any other aspirant persons may send feedback on the provisional answer(s) with proper and brief explanation, followed by appropriate references up to 07-05-2025. After this period, any feedback in this regard will not be entertained,” the official notice said.

The provisional TJEE answer key 2025, covering Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, was released on April 30. Candidates were initially allowed to submit objections against the provisional answer key till May 5, 2025. Candidates will have to log in using their required credentials to download the TJEE answer key 2025.

Candidates who appeared for the entrance exam on April 23 can review the TJEE answer key 2025 and submit their objections, if any, by emailing at tbjeefeedback@gmail.com. Submissions should include a brief explanation and appropriate references to support the claim. As per the official notice, the TJEE final answer key 2025 will be published after a thorough review of all valid objections by subject experts.

TJEE Answer Key 2025: Tie-breaking rule for PCM, PCB group

The TJEE 2025 entrance exam tie-breaking rule for the PCM, PCB groups is given below.

For PCM group

• Candidates will be ranked based on the total marks secured in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Those with higher aggregate marks will be placed higher.
• If two or more candidates score the same total, the one with higher combined marks in Physics and Mathematics will be ranked higher.
• If the tie remains, preference will be given to the candidate with higher marks in Mathematics.
• If the tie still persists, the older candidate, based on date of birth, will be given a higher rank as per the prescribed norms.

For PCB group

• Candidates will be ranked based on the total marks secured in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Those with higher aggregate marks will be ranked higher.
• If there is a tie, preference will be given to the candidate with higher combined marks in Chemistry and Biology.
• If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Biology will be ranked higher.
• If the tie is still unresolved, the candidate with the earlier date of birth will be given priority in the merit list as per the norms.
