TS EAMCET 2021: TSCHE gives option for BITSAT applicants to change exam date

NEW DELHI: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) has asked the BITSAT 2021 applicants to send requests to the TS EAMCET 2021 authorities informing them of their convenient slots to give the exam. JNTUH released a notification on the official website stating that “candidates who are appearing for BITSAT 2021 exam on August 4, 5 and 6 are advised to send a request to TS EAMCET authorities through mail providing their convenient slots for writing TS EAMCET 2021 exam."
This notification has been released due to the clash between the TS EAMCET 2021 and BITSAT 2021 exam dates. As per the schedule, the TS EAMCET engineering exam will be held on August 4, 5 and 6, while BITSAT 2021 is scheduled from August 3 to 9.
The move comes as a relief to candidates who were facing problems due to the clash in the exam dates. Now, all such candidates can simply send a request to the authorities via email stating their preferred exam slot for TS EAMCET 2021.
TS EAMCET 2021 application form was released by the authorities on March 20 and the last date of application without late fee was July 8. TS EAMCET application form is still available with a late fee of Rs 500 till July 29.
BITSAT 2021 application process ended on July 7. BITSAT slot booking 2021 is available till July 27. In addition to appearing in BITSAT 2021, candidates will also have to apply separately to provide details of their Class 12 marks and preferences. The detailed application procedure through Class 12 marks and the prescribed application form will be released on the official website by August 10.
BITSAT is an online test conducted for admissions to integrated first-degree programmes of BITS Pilani Campuses in Pilani, Goa, and Hyderabad.
TS EAMCET is conducted by JNTUH on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) for admission into various professional courses offered in University/ Private Colleges in the state of Telangana.
