TS ECET Counselling 2023: Spot round schedule announced; registration from September 4

Download NowNEW DELHI : The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has announced the schedule for the spot round of Telangana State Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS ECET) counselling 2023 for admissions into BE, BTech, and B Pharmacy programmes for lateral entry. As per the schedule, the registration for spot round will begin from September 4 on the official website – tsecet.nic.in. The last date to register is September 5.
Those applicants who have qualified TS ECET 2023 will have to pay a processing fee of Rs 1,300 while those who have not qualified are required to pay Rs 2,100 for the spot round admissions.
According to the eligibility criteria, the vacancies will be filled first with those candidates who have qualified TS ECET 2023 and secured 44.5% and above (for OC) and 39.5% and above for SC, ST, BC in diploma or BSc. If the vacancies are still left, candidates who have passed diploma or BSc exam with 44.5% and above (OC), 39.5% and above (BC, SC, ST) will be considered.
“Candidate shall present with all original certificates for spot admissions verification. After due verification the original certificates shall be returned back to the candidate. The candidate has to handover a set of Xerox copies of certificates and original transfer certificate (T.C) at the college,” said TSCHE in the official notification.
The council informed that tuition fee reimbursement is not applicable to candidates admitted through the spot round.

- TS ECET 2023 rank card, if qualified
- TS ECET 2023 hall ticket, if qualified
- Caste certificate, if required
