Check NowNEW DELHI- The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will soon begin the TS ICET 2021 counselling process in online mode. Candidates who have qualified the TS ICET 2021 entrance exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process. Candidates will have to pay the TS ICET counselling fee and freeze the options on the official website- tsicet.nic.in. After that, candidates will have to visit the designated centre or TS ICET helpline centre with the hardcopy of required documents for the verification purpose.

Post document verification process, seats will be allotted to candidates and they will have to confirm their admission by accepting the offer and paying the fees. The number of TS ICET 2021 counselling rounds will depend on the number of vacant seats. At the time of allotting seats to candidates, authorities consider the candidate’s rank, cutoff, category, college preference, and availability of seats.

TS ICET Counselling 2021- Eligibility criteria

Only candidates who have qualified TS ICET 2021 entrance exam with required qualifying marks and have 50 percent (General category) and 45 percent (for reserved category candidates) in total aggregate in graduation are eligible to participate in TS ICET counselling 2021.

Minority (Christian/ Muslim) students who would not be able to clear TS ICET 2021 entrance exam or have secured 50 percent marks (OC candidates) and 45 percent marks (other category candidates) will only be considered for admission to the TS ICET participating colleges, only for the leftover seats.

Candidates must be an Indian citizen and must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.

In order to participate in the TS ICET counselling process, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee as per their category.

TS ICET Counselling 2021- Stages
TS ICET 2021 counselling is a five stage process. In order to attend TS ICET counselling process candidates will have to follow the following TS ICET counselling stages.
Stage 1- Payment of TS ICET 2021 counselling fee
Stage 2- Documents verification
Stage 3- Option entry
Stage 4- Seat allotment
Stage 5- Payment of tuition fee and physical reporting to the allotted college
What after TS ICET counselling 2021
After the conclusion of TS ICET 2021 counselling process, TSCHE will issue the admission offer letter. Shortlisted candidates will have to report to the allotted colleges as per the schedule mentioned in the admission offer letter. At the time of admission, if any candidate is found ineligible to produce the original documents or academic certificates, then in such case their candidature will be cancelled.
