TS Intermediate Result 2018 declared by TSBIE, girls outperform boys

The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TSBIE) has declared the Telangana intermediate results for both first and second year students. With 67.25%, girls have outperformed boys in the second year TS results. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results in the official website of the Board. The result can be accessed by entering the Hall ticket number and CAPTCHA code. The result was declared in the official website at 9 am on April 13.

Besides the first and second year results, the Telangana Board has also declared the results for Vocational and General studies students.

As per reports, the pass percentage for TS inter second year students is 67.06%, while that for first year students is 62.35%. Also, 2.88 lakh students are reported to have cleared the second year exams of the 4.98 lakh who appeared. For first year students, the number of students who passed stands at 2.84 lakh. Girls outperformed boys in both the first and second year results.

Intermediate courses are two year programmes conducted by junior colleges before university level studies. The course is equivalent to the 10+2 model followed by Boards schools across India.
