TS PGECET Counselling 2026: Round 1 web option starts at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in; documents required

The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has started the Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (TS PGECET) 2026 round 1 web option entry today, July 19, 2026 on the official website of TGCHE at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in. This step is necessary for the aspirants who have cleared the TS PGECET exam.

The editing in the round 1 web option entry can be done on July 22, 2026. The list of provisionally selected applicants will be done on July 26, 2026. Aspirants can report for the document verification from July 27 to 30, 2026.

TS PGECET Web Option Entry: Steps to choice

  • Aspirants can follow the steps below to fill out the choices
  • Visit the official website of TGCHE at pgecetadm.tgche.ac.in
  • Click on the “TS PGECET 2026 web options entry” link
  • Enter the required credentials, such as the TS PGECET application number and the GATE score/exam rank
  • Choose the order of the colleges and branches, rearrange the preference order of their colleges as many times as applicant want
  • Download the colleges chosen and take a printout for future reference

TS PGECET Counselling 2026: Documents required

  • The documents required for the TS PGECET Counselling 2026 are:
  • Hall ticket and scorecard of TS PGECET 2026
  • Degree/Provisional mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying examination
  • 10th and 12th standard certificates and mark sheets
  • Aadhaar card
  • Domicile/residential certificate
  • Income certificate issued after January 1, 2026
  • Category certificate (if applicable)

TS PGECET 2026 Counselling: Eligibility

Applicants should be of Indian nationality and belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as laid down in the admission regulations. In educational qualification, aspirants must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% in case of candidates belonging to the reserved category) in the qualifying exam.
