Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: Osmania University will end the objection facility for Telangana State Eligibility Test (TS SET) 2024 answer key today, September 26. Candidates who appeared for the eligibility test and are not satisfied with the solutions can raise objections against the TS SET 2024 answer key by visiting the official website, telanganaset.org.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as hall ticket number, date of birth and security pin along with supporting docuements to raise objections against the TS SET 2024 answer key.
Candidates can use the TS SET 2024 answer key to calculate their probable scores in the exam. The university will issue the TS SET 2024 final answer key after reviewing the objections filed by the candidates.
TS SET 2024 qualifying marks
TS SET consists of two papers, both of which are conducted on the same day:
- Paper I : This is a general paper aimed at testing teaching and research aptitude. It includes 50 objective-type questions covering reasoning ability, comprehension, and general awareness.
- Paper II : This paper is subject-specific, based on the subject chosen by the candidate. It includes 100 objective-type questions.
Both papers consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
After the exam, the conducting authority releases the results, which include the candidates' scores and rank. To qualify, candidates must score a minimum percentage in each paper (40% for general category and 35% for reserved categories) and achieve a position in the merit list.
TS SET 2024 exam for Assistant Professor vacancies
A merit list will be prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained in the written exam. The TS SET 2024 exam was conducted on September 10, 11, 12, and 13. TS SET is an eligibility test for candidates who wish to work as Lecturers or Assistant Professors in the universities and colleges of Telangana. The exam is conducted for all 29 subjects approved by UGC.
