NEW DELHI, JUNE 8: Telengana State Council for Higher Education has announced the seat allotment for round 1 at 1 pm. Candidates who have qualified in the state entrance test and have registered for counselling can now check their allotment and download the call letter.

The authorities will conduct counselling in three phases followed by one round of internal sliding (for private unaided colleges). Round 1 ends on June 12 with the payment of the acceptance fee for the seat allotted.

How to check and download seat allotment letter?

  • Use the candidates login
  • Enter the Login ID, Hall ticket number, date of birth and password
  • Download the call letter

What next after seat allotment?

  • Candidates have to pay the tuition fee mentioned in the provisional call letter. Payment can be made through Credit Card / Debit Card/ Net Banking by June 12.
  • Candidates have to self-report through online system in candidate’s login and take admission number to confirm the provisionally allotted seat.
  • Next they need to take the printout.
  • They have to give an undertaking through online that they will relinquish the admission through Degree Online Services Telangana (DOST), if any.

The dates for the second and third round of counselling are yet to be announced by TSCHE. The procedure will however be the same. Minority candidates who did not qualify in the entrance exam or did not appear for the same can participate in the second round of counselling for admissions to the vacant seats reserved for them. They must be eligible in terms of academic qualifications as specified by the auhtorities. However they are ineligible for the tuition fee waiver scheme.
