UCAS Deadline 2022: Application for admission into UK universities – UG, PG courses
The deadline for undergraduate applications for 2022 entry courses in the United Kingdom through the Universities and College Admissions Service (UCAS) is September 28, 2022. All applications must be in by 6 pm UK time which is 11:30 pm in India. The same deadline holds for candidates applying through their own schools and colleges. For successful submission of applications, it is vital that deadlines are checked beforehand and applications are submitted well in time.
For students who want to enrol in programmes at some of the best universities in the UK, including Imperial College London, Cambridge University, and the University of Oxford, UCAS serves as a central hub for a variety of admission-related activities. If the present school/college is enrolled with UCAS, students can register directly on UCAS or through the current institution.

Missing UCAS deadline
In case a candidate misses the September 28 deadline, there are still some options open. Some UK universities may have a few openings in certain courses with an October 15 deadline. However, this is unlikely and most universities will have very few spots left. Candidates will be allowed to submit their applications – but not select courses – by 6 pm GMT on September 29. Instead, the late application will enter the ‘clearing’ procedure, which is used by schools and universities to fill places that remain open.
UCAS application process
