UGC NET 2022 application form last date to apply has been extended. UGC Chairman announced the last date to apply for UGC NET 2022 exam is now May 30, 2022.
NEW DELHI: M Jagadesh Kumar, UGC Chairman twitted about the extension of UGC NET 2022 application form till May 30 for Decemebr 2021 and June 2022 merged cycle. However, UGC NET registration link is yet to be activated at ugcnet.nta.nic.in.

Earlier, the commission has closed the UGC NET application form 2022 filling facility on May 20 and also has activated the correction facility link on May 21 to 23, 2022 in online mode on the official website.

Step by steps to apply for UGC NET 2022
Candidates can check the below-mentioned steps to apply for the UGC NET 2022.
Step 1: Visit the official NTA UGC NET website - ugcnet.nta.nic.in
Step 2: Click the link “UGC NET December 2021 and June 2022 (merged cycles) - Registration” on the e-service tab.
Step 3: Click the “New registration link”
Step 4: Now, fill in asked basic details to complete the UGC NET registration 2022
Step 5: The UGC NET 2022 registration number will be sent to your registered mobile number
Step 6: Now fill in the UGC NET application form 2022
Step 7: Upload your recent scanned photograph and signature
Step 8: Now, pay the UGC NET 2022 registration fee.
Step 9: Before submitting verify the UGC NET online form 2022 and click submit button.
Step 10: Save and take the printout of the UGC NET application form 2022 for future reference.
UGC NET 2022 exam date is not yet to be announced, However, the exam will be held in two shifts - from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM. The exam will most likely be held on June or July in CBT mode. Once the UGC NET application form process ends, the commission is expected to announce the UGC NET exam date 2022.
