The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced that the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) June 2025 result will be declared on July 22. Candidates will be able to download their UGC NET 2025 scorecard using their login credentials such as application number.
Before UGC NET results, NTA will publish the UGC NET final answer key 2025 for the June session. The UGC NET result 2025 will be prepared and declared on the basis of the final answers only.
UGC NET June 2025 provisional answer key was issued on July 6 and candidates were allowed to raise objections by July 8. As per the UGC NET 2025 marking scheme, candidates will be awarded two marks for each correct answer and there will not be any negative marking for incorrect responses.
UGC NET June 2025 was conducted from June 25 to 29 for 85 subjects. The exam comprised two papers – paper 1 and paper 2. The national-level exam is held to determine the eligibility of aspirants for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), appointment as assistant professor, and admission to PhD courses.
