NEW DELHI: Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget 2022 under the Modi government in the parliament today at 11am. Like last year, this year too, the budget 2022 will be available in digital format.

The finance minister will deliver the budget speech at 11 am today in Lok Sabha. While the budget speech usually lasts for two hours, last year Sitharaman delivered the longest budget speech lasting 160 minutes.
The National Informatics Centre under the guidance of the Department of Economic Affairs has developed an app to access India budget 2022.
The budget 2022 speech can be watched live at the official Twitter and Facebook accounts of the Ministry of Finance.

The budget session 2022 began on Monday, January 31. President Ram Nath Kovind addressed the joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament and highlighted the achievements of the Modi government's mega COVID-19 vaccination drive, and noted that 150 crore doses were administered to the country's citizens in a record time.
Nirmala Sitharaman on Monday also tabled a copy of the Economic Survey 2021-22 in Rajya Sabha.
