NEW DELHI: The University of Hyderabad (UoH) and the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) Hyderabad have signed an agreement to renew their commitment to continuing their academic collaboration in education and research. Both the institutions, a UoH statement said, will take their competence in the natural sciences -- physics and chemistry -- to the next level, transforming the country’s quest for excellence and human resource development.

A Research and Academic Advisory Committee (RAAC) will oversee the collaboration between the university and TIFR-H. This agreement seeks to enable both institutions to jointly organise lectures, workshops, conferences and seminars at the national and international levels.
