UP Board 10th, 12th exam 2021: UPMSP to take decision soon

NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is expected to take a decision on UP Board 10 and 12 Exams 2021 after May 20. Earlier, UPMSP had postponed the UP Board exam 2021 for a month in view of the severe second wave of COVID-19.

Uttar Pradesh deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma earlier said, “In view of the coronavirus spread, the secondary education board’s (UPMSP) proposed exams from May 8 have been postponed till May 20 and university, college exams have been postponed till May 15. A decision on exams will be taken in the first week of May.”

As per the report of Times Now News, “It would be hard for the UP Board to declare the result on the basis of internal assessment. As there is no weekly test, monthly test or half yearly test being conducted. So, it can be hard to collect the marks for the evaluation process.”

Previously, the UP Board exam 2021 was scheduled to be conducted from May 8, 2021. The revised schedule or exam dates have not been released as yet. It is expected that the UP Board will cancel or postpone the exam further.
