Try NowThe Director General of Medical Education and Training Uttar Pradesh has announced the UP NEET UG counselling 2026 round 2 dates for 85% state quota government seats and 100% private medical and dental college seats within Uttar Pradesh. Candidates can apply for UP NEET round 2 counselling 2026 on the official website at dgme.up.gov.in.
DGME Uttar Pradesh will announce the UP NEET counselling 2026 round 2 seat allotment result on September 21. The National Medical Commission (NMC) has offered a total of 14,400 MBBS seats across government and private medical colleges in Uttar Pradesh.
Notably, those who have been allotted seats in UP NEET round 1 counselling and wish to resign from their admitted seat can submit their resignation by appearing in person at the respective nodal center till 5 pm on September 15.

Candidates must note that the seats offered for UP NEET UG counselling 2026 round 2 will be displayed during the choice-filling process. Candidates who have not been allotted any seat or joined a seat during the round 1 counselling will not be required to deposit the security money again to participate in round 2 admission.
