Use NowThe Director General Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh has revised the UP NEET PG round 3 counselling schedule in line with the deadline fixed for the All India Quota (AIQ) counselling by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
As per the UP NEET PG round 3 seat matrix, a total of 1,458 MD and MS seats as well as 75 DNB seats remain unfilled after two rounds of state counselling. The UP NEET PG round 3 choice filling, which began on February 6, will now close on February 13.
Candidates will be allowed to fill their choices of courses and colleges in the order of preference before the deadline.
General category candidates who have secured the 7th percentile with 103 marks, and reserved category candidates with as low as -40 marks and 0 percentile, were allowed to register for the state and national-level counselling, following the reduction in the NEET PG cut-offs by the health ministry.
As per the UP NEET PG round 3 merit list, a total of 8,935 candidates have registered and paid the security and counselling fee. The lowest score among registered candidates is -20 marks, while another two candidates with -5 marks have also applied for admission to MD, MS seats in UP government and private medical colleges.
Additionally, 290 candidates have applied for the DNB courses, with the lowest being 25 marks.
