The Director General Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh has declared the final allotment results for the UP NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round. Candidates are required to download the UP NEET PG allotment order from the official website, upneet.gov.in, and report to the allotted college by February 28.
As per the UP NEET PG final state merit list, a total of 1,409 candidates have registered for admission to MD, MS, and diploma courses. Additionally, 162 candidates applied for DNB counselling.
Since the ministry of health and family welfare approved reduction in NEET PG cut-off percentile to zero and marks to -40, candidates who appeared in the exam have become eligible. The lowest qualifying mark among the registered candidates for the UP NEET PG stray vacancy round was -5.
The DME UP clarified that the security deposit deposited by candidates will be forfeited if they fail to take admission after being allotted a seat in the stray vacancy round. Such candidates will also be debarred from the NEET PG counselling 2026-27.
Candidates must produce all required original documents at the time of admission. It further warned of criminal action and strict penalties if any document submitted by students is found to be invalid or fake.
As per the schedule, candidates should complete the admission formalities by February 28.

In a separate notice, Rajshree Medical Research Institute, Bareilly has informed the Director General of Medical Education, UP, that it has reduced tuition fees for certain MD, MS courses for the academic session 2025-26.
Under the revised structure, candidates will now have to pay Rs 11,000 for pre-clinical courses and Rs 1 lakh annually for MD Community Medicine, compared to earlier notified Rs 11.52 lakh, marking a reduction of up to 99%.
