UP NEET UG 2025 schedule revised: 962 MBBS seats in round 3; seat allotment postponed to October 29

The Department of Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh has re-revised the UP NEET UG counselling 2025 dates in accordance with the revised MCC AIQ counselling schedule. The UP NEET UG seat allotment 2025 which was scheduled to be declared on October 27 has now been postponed to October 29.

The MCC NEET UG counselling dates for admission to All India Quota (AIQ) seats were revised multiple times due to the addition of new seats. The MCC NEET UG counselling is held first for 15% AIQ seats and after which the states hold their respective counselling rounds.

As per the revised NEET UG seat matrix 2025, there are 962 seats available in Uttar Pradesh medical colleges in round 3. Of which, the highest of 821 will be filled under unreserved (UR) category, 39 under backward caste (BC), 78 under SC, 12 each under ST and EWS categories.

A total of 34,556 candidates have become eligible for UP NEET round 3 counselling 2025, as per the revised merit list .

“Only those candidates will be eligible for choice filling who have completed the online registration process, whose original documents have been verified online, and who have deposited the required security amount,” it said.
