UP NEET UG 2025 round 3 counselling begins; choice filling from October 11

Try NowThe Director General Medical Education and Training, Uttar Pradesh, has commenced the registration process for the UP National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025 round 3 counselling today, October 6. Eligible candidates can register for the UP NEET UG round 3 counselling 2025 at upneet.gov.in.
As per the official schedule, the deadline to complete the UP-NEET UG counselling 2025 registration is October 9. The UP NEET UG round 3 merit list will be issued on October 10, followed by online choice filling from October 11 to October 13. The seat allotment results for UP NEET UG round 3 counselling 2025 will be released on October 15.
The last date to deposit the registration and security fee is October 9. Candidates who did not receive an allotment in the first and second rounds or have already taken admission do not need to deposit the security amount again.
Candidates who were allotted a seat in the second round but did not take admission or resigned will have to deposit the security amount again to participate.
“Only those candidates who have submitted the registration security amount by the prescribed date/time and whose documents have been verified online are eligible for the choice-filling process,” the official notice said.
UP NEET UG Counselling 2025: Third round choice filling
During the UP NEET UG round 3 choice filling process, seats vacant or resigned from previous rounds will be displayed as “Clear-cut Vacancy,” and Seat Against Cancellation (SAC) options will also be available for eligible candidates. Reserved category seats will be allocated according to the government order dated June 18, 2025.
As per the official notice, admission to the allocated seat is mandatory. Candidates admitted to government colleges during previous rounds who do not take admission after re-allotment will forfeit both the security deposit and any fees paid. For private colleges, the security deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the tuition fee paid will also be deducted.
