Try NowAfter repeated delays, the Uttar Pradesh NEET UG 2025 round 3 seat allotment date has been announced by the Director General Medical Education and Training. The UP NEET UG seat allotment for round 3 will now be declared on November 4 or November 5.
As per the re-revised state counselling schedule, the seat allotment order will be available for download on the official website, upneet.gov.in, from November 5 to 8 and will be reopened on November 10.
“The said counseling will be subject to the final orders passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Allahabad, Lucknow Bench, in Special Appeal No. 295/2025, Uttar Pradesh State & Others vs. Sabra Ahmad,” it said.
The UP NEET MBBS admission allotment , scheduled to be declared on October 30, was postponed after the Supreme Court directed states to exclude the AIQ candidates admitted through the MCC NEET UG counselling 2025.

The admission schedule, in line with the MCC counselling , was revised multiple times due to several reasons such as pending court cases, addition of MBBS seats, and revision on AIQ dates.
The MCC, in its latest notice, said: “In view of above, it is informed that the result of Round-3 of UG Counselling 2025 conducted by MCC has already been published and there is no provision of resignation in this round. Hence, all state counselling authorities are requested to weed out the joined candidates of AIQ Round-3 before seat processing of Round-3 of state counselling so that candidates already holding a seat in AIQ are not allotted any seat through state counselling.”
It also informed state governments that the list of joined candidates will be available after November 1.
