UP Police Direct Recruitment 2024: Exam date fake notice goes viral; UPPRPB issues clarification

The UP police constable recruitment fake notice claimed the exam would take place on June 29 and June 30, 2024.
NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRB) has issued a clarification after a fraud notice began circulating online, stating the dates for the UP Police constable Exam 2023. The fake notice claimed the exam would take place on June 29 and June 30, 2024.
However, the UPPRB has confirmed that no such dates have been announced. Candidates are advised to ignore any unofficial information and await an official announcement from the Board.
Following the government's announcement that the examination will take place within six months, numerous misleading notifications regarding the exam schedule have been spreading on social media.
Once the exam dates are out, sandidates appearing for the exam, will be able to download the UP police direct recruitment admit cards through the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.

UP Police Direct Recruitment 2024: How to download admit card
The Uttar Pradesh Police will issue the UP Police admit card on its website. Candidates can follow the given below steps to download the hall tickets.
- Go to the official website- uppbpb.gov.in.
- Click on the link mentioned for admit card on the homepage.
- Enter your UP Police Constable 2024 registration number and password and click on the submit button
- Check all the details mentioned in the admit card carefully.
- Download the admit card and take a printout of it to appear for the exam.
