The Uttar Pradesh Recruitment and Promotion Board has announced the test results of ASI Ministerial, ASI Accounts and SI Confidential for the year 2016. The result which included the final candidates selected for Sub Inspector (Confidential) Male, Assistant Sub Inspector (Clerk) Male and Assistant Sub Inspector (Accounts) Male is declared on official website. The notification dated to December 26, 2016, asked for applications to recruit 438 male vacancies category wise for the above-mentioned positions.
The recruitment of male candidates in Uttar Pradesh Police Confidential, Ministerial and Accounts sections for the Assistant Cadre 2016, was based on 2016 recruitment process. This process included Physical test, Computer typing test and the marks gained by the candidates in the written test and their categories.
In the results released by UP Police, a total of 171 candidates were directly recruited for the posts of ASI (Ministerial), ASI (Accounts) and SI (Confidential). In categories specifically ASI (Ministerial) and ASI (Accounts), whereas a total of 13 female candidates were directly recruited out of the 151 female vacancies.
The application process began on January 1, 2017, and after being postponed earlier it was conducted on December 22 2018. The physical exams were conducted on July 11, 2019, while the typing tests were conducted from July 28 2019 to 29 2019.
