NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPRPB) will close the application window for the recruitment of various Sub Inspector (SI) and Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) vacancies today, January 28. Interested and eligible candidates can apply for UP Police SI, ASI recruitment 2024 through the official website, uppbpb.gov.in.
The UP police recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 921 SI, ASI vacancies in the department. The last date for fee adjustment and amendment in application is January 30, 2024.
The selection of candidates will be done on the basis of a written examination, followed by document verification and a physical test. The written exam will be conducted for 400 marks, and the duration of the test will be 2.5 hours. The exam will have 200 questions.

Sub-Inspector (Confidential): 268 vacancies
Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police (Clerk): 449 vacancies

Interested candidates have to pay Rs 400 as application fees to successfully register for UP Police SI, ASI recruitment 2024. The age limit of candidates should be between the 21 to 28 years of age.
