NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) has extended the application form correction deadline for the recruitment of UPPBPB UP Police constable posts. Candidates can now edit their UPPBPB recruitment 2024 application form till January 20.Interested and eligible candidates who have applied for the UPPBPB recruitment can edit their form via the correction window available on the official UPPBPB website at uppbpb.gov.in.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 60,244 police constable positions in Uttar Pradesh. The selection process for the UPPBPB Constable Recruitment 2024 consist of, written examination, physical tests, document verification and medical examination.
UPPBPB Recruitment 2024: Application correction window
Candidates are allowed to make changes in the UPPBPB recruitment 2024 application form regarding the following details
- Spelling errors on name of the candidate
- Spelling errors on father’s name
- Spelling errors on mother’s name
- Birth date
- Caste category
- Address
- Differently abled category
- Institution or college

UPPBPB will not accept changes submitted by offline means such as fax, application, or mail. After the online correction window closes, no requests for changes in particulars will be considered.

Candidates can follow these steps to edit the UPPBPB recruitment 2024 application form
- Visit the official website, uppbpb.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on "Correction window for CTET-Jan2024"
- You will be redirected to a log in page.
- Enter the required credentials such as application number and password.
- Click on the application form correction button.
- Read the instructions carefully.
- Click on proceed for correction option.
- Edit the application form as needed.
- Review the application form.
- Click on the submit button.
- Save and take a printout of the confirmation page.
