Candidates appearing for the UPPSC CSE exam will have to carry their admit card, along with a government identity proof, at the examination centre. Candidates who have not downloaded the UPPSC PCS exam admit card can get it from the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in.
The commission has also issued UPPSC PCS Mains exam day guidelines on the official website. The UPPSC PCS exam 2023 will be held in two sessions - forenoon session will begin from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and afternoon session from 2 PM to 5 PM. The UPSC CSE Mains exam dates 2023 are September 26, 27, 28 and 29.
UP PCS mains exam is descriptive in nature having eight papers of 1500 marks in total. Questions in the UPPSC PCS mains exam are asked from subjects like general Hindi, essay and general studies. There is no negative in the UP PCS mains exam as it is descriptive in nature. Check the UPPSC PCS mains syllabus in the table below:
