UPPSC PCS J result 2023 declared at uppsc.up.nic.in; 15 female candidates in top 20 rankers

UPPSC Civil Judge Result: A total of 302 candidates have qualified the interview. One result withheld due to court matters.

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the Provincial Civil Services Judiciary exam, PCS J result 2023 today. Candidates who appeared for the civil judge exam can check their result on the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in. A total of 302 candidates have been selected after the final interview.

Of total selected candidates, 165 female candidates have been declared successful. The result of a vacancy has not been declared in the light of the interim order passed in the writ petition pending before the Supreme Court.

“Candidates who have been declared successful in the selection result in question and have provisional marked against them are expected to submit the required documents to the Commission office within the stipulated time, otherwise their selection result will be cancelled,” UPPSC said in the official result notice.

UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated the students on their achievement and said that the “daughters” of the state have made him proud. “Hearty congratulations to all the successful candidates and their parents in the PCS (J)-2022 examination conducted by UPPSC! The daughters of the state have made us proud in the selection process completed within record time with cleanliness and transparency,” he said in a tweet.

“The success of 55 percent girls in this prestigious exam and 15 places in the top 20 by girls presents a lofty picture of 'New Uttar Pradesh' of 'New India',” CM added.

The commission informed that prelims exam was conducted on February 12 in which 50,837 candidates appeared. The preliminary result was declared in March on the basis of which 3,145 candidates were selected for the final exam. The result of the final exam held in May was declared on August 1 in which 959 aspirants were declared successful for the interview. The interview process was held for these 959 candidates from August 16 to 28.

UPPSC further informed that the recommendations of the selected candidates will soon be submitted to the government and after that candidates' marks and category-wise cut off marks will soon be displayed on the website of the commission.
