UPPSC PCS prelims result 2023 declared; 4,047 candidates qualified for mains exam

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has declared the Provincial Civil Service (PCS) prelims result 2023. Candidates who appeared for UPPSC PCS 2023 preliminary exam can check their results on the official website – uppsc.up.nic.in. A total of 4,047 candidates have qualified for UPPSC PCS Mains exam 2023.
A total of 5,65,459 candidates had registered for the combined state, upper subordinate preliminary exam of which 3,45,022 appeared for the recruitment to 254 posts. The UPPSC PCS pre result 2023 PDF includes the roll numbers of selected candidates. “The Result of the Female candidates who are from out of U.P. shall be subject to final order and Judgment of Hon'ble High Court in Special Appeal No. D475 of 2019,” the PDF read.

“A separate press release will be issued regarding the schedule of the main examination and the procedure for submission of online application/examination fee to the successful candidates for the main examination,” the commission said in an official notification.
The commission informed that PCS 2023 marks, cut off marks etc. of the candidates will be made available on the website after the declaration of the PCS final result 2023. “In this regard, no separate representation will be acceptable under the Right to Information Act - 2005,” it further said.
