UPSC CAPF 2025 registration ends on March 25 at upsc.gov.in; vacancy details, eligibility

NEW DELHI : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will close the reg for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) exam 2025 soon. Interested candidates who have not yet applied can fill up the UPSC CAPF application form 2025 through the official website, upsc.gov.in. As per the schedule, the last date to apply for UPSC CAPF 2025 exam is March 25, 2025.
The UPSC CAPF 2025 written exam is scheduled to be conducted on August 3, 2025. Following the registration deadline, the UPSC CAPF application 2025 correction window will open from March 26 to April 1, 2025.
The UPSC CAPF 2025 exam is conducted for the recruitment of Assistant Commandants (Group A) in the CAPF viz Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 357 vacancies.

UPSC CAPF 2025 eligibility criteria
As given in the official CAPF notification, interested candidate must hold a Bachelors degree from any recognised university.
The candidates who appear in the final year of their degree course can also apply for the exam but they have to produce the final year mark sheet of the qualifying exam with the detailed application form.
The UPSC CAPF 2025 age limit of candidates should be 20 years. The candidate must not have attained the age of 25 years on August 1, 2025, he or she must have been born not earlier than August 2, 2000 and not later than August 1, 2005.
