NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission’s (UPSC) has announced the result for the Central Armed Police Forces Assistant Commandant (CAPF AC) exam 2024 today, September 24. Candidates who appeared in the exam can check their UPSC CAPF AC result 2024 through the official website, upsc.gov.in.

The commission has issued the UPSC CAPF AC result 2024 in the form of a PDF carrying the roll number of the qualified candidates. Candidates who qualify the written exam will now move on to the next stage, which includes the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and the Physical Standard Test (PST). Those who successfully clear both the PET and PST will qualify for the final stage of the selection process which is the interview.
“The candidature of these candidates is provisional, subject to their being found eligible in all respects. The candidates will be required to produce the original certificates in support of their claims pertaining to age, educational qualifications, community etc. at the time of the Personality Test,” the official notice read.

The Commission informed that the marksheets of all candidates who have not qualified will be uploaded on its website after the publication of the final result, following the personality test. The UPSC CAPF AC 2024 marksheets will remain available for a period of 30 days.
Candidates who qualify in the written examination must register on the commission's website before completing the Detailed Application Form (DAF) online. Those who submit the DAF will receive an admit card to appear for the PST, PET, and Medical Standards Test (MST).
The UPSC recruitment drive aims to fill 506 vacancies in the department, including 186 vacancies for the Border Security Force (BSF), 120 for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), 100 for the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), 58 for the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), and 42 for the Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB).
