UPSC CDS 1 result 2024 out at upsc.gov.in; 8,373 candidates qualify for SSB round

NEW DELHI: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Combined Defence Services Examination (CDS) 1 result 2024 today, May 9. Candidates who appeared for the examination can check the UPSC CDS 1 result 2024 through the official website, upsc.gov.in.

A total of 8,373 candidates have qualified for the Services Selection Board (SSB) round. Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the UPSC CDS 1 result 2024.

"On the basis of the results of the COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICES EXAMINATION (I), 2024 held by the Union Public Service Commission on 21th April, 2024, 8373 candidates with the following Roll Numbers have qualified", the official notification read.

The UPSC CDS 1 mark sheet will be available on the official website within 15 days from the date of announcement of the final result of OTA (after conducting SSB Interview). The UPSC CDS 1 marksheet and will remain available on the website for 30 days.

UPSC CDS Result 2024: What's next?

The board has shortlisted 8,373 candidates for the interview stage. These selected candidates will undergo the SSB interview process, the dates of which will be announced in due course of time. Shortlisted candidates must register on the recruiting directorate's website, www.joinindianarmy.nic.in, to receive notifications regarding their interview schedules.

UPSC CDS 1 exam 2024 was conducted on April 21, 2024 at various examination centres across the country. The exam was held for English Paper, General Knowledge Paper and Elementary Mathematics paper.

Meanwhile, the commission has also announced UPSC NDA 1 result 2024 today. A total of 7,020 candidates have qualified for SSB interview round.
