UPSC has declared the CDS 2 2021 result in online mode on the official website. Know what will happen next.
New Delhi: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the CDS 2 result 2021 on December 22. The result of CDS 2 has been declared online on the official website - upsc.gov.in. Candidates can download Combined Defence Services (2) results as a pdf file.

Candidates whose roll number is included in the result are declared qualified in the exam. They are eligible to participate in the SSB interview. UPSC will release the CDS 2 result with names soon on the official website along with the interview details.

UPSC CDS 2 result 2021: What’s next
Candidates who qualify for the CDS 2 2021 written exam are eligible to appear for an SSB interview. The SSB interview call letter will be sent to all candidates to the candidate’s registered email address.
The call letter of the SSB interview will have the reporting time and date along with the address of the interview centre. Candidates are needed to bring the following original documents for the SSB interview.

Graduation & Post graduation degree and mark sheet

NCC certificates if required

valid Identity proof (Voter ID Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, Pan Card)
The final result of CDS 2 will be calculated by adding the marks obtained by the candidates in written as well as SSB interviews and Intelligence & Personality Test. Candidates qualifying all the UPSC CDS 2 stages are recruited to the post of officers in any one of the defense services of India includes AFA, IMA, INA, and OTA.
Candidates who crack the selection process will have to undergo training courses as per their merit and preference for Army, Navy and Air Force jobs. The training of the qualified candidates will be done at Indian Military Academy (IMA) Dehradun, Air Force Academy Hyderabad, Indian Naval Academy (INA) Ezhimala, and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) Chennai. This training programmes is expected to will start in January 2022 tentatively.
