UPSC CMS 2026 answer key out at upsc.gov.in; no questions dropped

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the UPSC Combined Medical Services (CMS) 2026 answer key on its official website at upsc.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the UPSC CMS examination, can directly download the provisional answer key pdf through the official portal without typing any login details.

The commission has issued the UPSC CMS 2026 provisional answer key for paper 1 and 2. The answer key has been issued for series A, B, C, and D for both the papers.

Candidates who appeared for the UPSC CMS examination 2026 for the subject general medicine and pediatrics can refer to paper 1.

Those who appeared for the competitive exam for surgery, gynae and obs, and PSM subjects, can download the UPS CMS 2026 provisional answer key paper 2.

The UPSC CMS 2026 answer key pdf contains paper number, subject name, total questions, maximum marks, number of questions dropped, number of questions taken for scoring.

The commission has not dropped any question from the CMS provisional answer key for paper 1 and paper 2. The computer-based UPSC CMS 2026 examination was conducted on August 2 for various medical officer posts in the central government.

• Go to the official website at upsc.gov.in.
• On the homepage, look for Combined Medical Services Examination, 2026, and click on it.
• Then again click on the Provisional Answer Key link.
• There will be two pdfs.
• One for General Medicine and Pediatrics, and other for Surgery, Gynae and Obs, PSM.
• Click on your subject pdf and download it.

The commission will declare the UPSC CMS 2026 final answer key soon on its official portal and then the result. Those who will be selected will be advanced to the personal interview round.
