NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination (UPSC CMS) admit card 2023 today. Candidates who registered for the exam will be able to download the UPSC CMS hall ticket from the official website, upsc.gov.in.
Candidates will be able to download the admit card till the UPSC CMS exam date, July 16. In case of discrepancy in the e-admit card, candidates will have to immediately contact the UPSC officials to rectify the error. Along with the CMS 2023 hall ticket announcement, the commission has notified important instructions for exam day and selection process.
Entry into the exam hall will be closed 10 minutes before the start of the examination ie. 9:20 AM for the forenoon session and 1:50 PM for the afternoon session.

UPSC CMS 2023: Important guidelines
- It is mandatory for aspirants to carry the admit card and photo identity card to the exam hall.
- Any omission or mistake in details in the OMR answer sheet, especially with regard to roll number and test booklet series code, will be rejected.
- Candidates should not carry mobile phone (even in switched off mode), pager or any electronic devices, pen drive, smart watches, camera or bluetooth devices.
- Aspirants who do not use black ball point pen for answering will not be evaluated.
- Candidates who do not have clear photographs on the UPSC CMS e-admit card will have to carry a photo identity proof and two passport size photographs one for each session for appearing in the exam along with an undertaking.
How to download UPSC CMS hall ticket 2023
- Visit the UPSC official website, upsc.gov.in 2023.
- Click on the ‘Download e-admit card for UPSC CMS exam 2023’ under ‘What’s new’.
- Now check the instructions given and proceed to check the hall ticket.
- Enter the login credentials on the space provided.
- Check details given in the admit card and download for future reference.
