UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Prelims result 2025 is available on upsc.gov.in. Main exam will be held on June 21, 22.
NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the name-wise result of the Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) examination 2025 held on February 9, 2025. Candidates can check their UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist Prelims result 2025 along with the list of qualified candidates on the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The commission declared the UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist result 2025 on March 30 with the list of roll numbers of candidates who cleared the exam.
A total of 489 candidates qualified the exam for the geologist group A, scientist B (hydrogeology) group A, assistant hydrogeologist group B posts while 194 cleared the exam for geophysicist group A, scientist B (geophysics) group A, and assistant geophysicist group B posts. 75 passed in the exam for chemist group A, scientist B (chemical) group A, and assistant chemist group B posts.
“On the basis of the result of the Combined Geo-Scientist (Preliminary) Examination, 2025 held by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) on 9th February, 2025, the candidates with the under mentioned roll numbers have qualified for the Combined Geo-Scientist (Main) Examination, 2025. The result is also available on the UPSC's website, upsc.gov.in,” said the commission in an official notification.

UPSC informed that the qualified candidates will have to appear for the UPSC Combined Geo-scientist Main exam 2025 scheduled for June 21 and 22. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards for stage-2 exam around one week before the exam date.
The commission further informed the aspirants that the UPSC Combined Geo-scientist 2025 cut-off and marks will be uploaded on the website after the declaration of the final result.
