NEW DELHI: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC ESE admit card 2021 for the mains exam. The UPSC ESE mains admit card 2021 has been released in online mode on the official website - upsc.gov.in. Candidates who qualified in the UPSC ESE prelims exam 2021 , can download the admit card till November 21, 2021 using their login credentials such as the registration Id or roll number.

The UPSC ESE mains exam is scheduled for November 21, 2021. The UPSC ESE mains exam will be conducted in descriptive mode unlike the prelims which was held in OMR-sheet based, multiple choice mode.

Steps to download the UPSC ESE mains admit card 2021

Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSC – upsc.gov.in and go to the "What's new section"

Step 2: Click on the link titled "e - Admit Card Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2021”

Step 3: The dates and a direct link will be mentioned, click on the direct link.

Step 4: Read the Instructions and click on “Yes”.

Step 5: Enter ESE Registration number/ Roll Number and captcha and click on submit.

Step 6: The UPSC ESE Admit Card 2021 will appear on the screen.

Step 7: Download and take a printout of IES admit card 2021 for the mains exam and carry it to the exam day along with one valid government issued photo ID such as voter ID, aadhar card, PAN card, driving license and 2 passport size photographs.

UPSC ESE papers and timings

The UPSC ESE mains exam 2021 will be held in two shifts for two papers. Paper 1 will be conducted in the first shift which is from 9 am to 12 noon and the paper 2 will be conducted in the second shift which will be held from 2 pm to 5 pm.
