The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC ESE application form 2022 in online mode on the official website - upsc.gov.in. Eligible candidates can fill the UPSC ESE 2022 application form till October 12, 2022 (06:00 PM). Applicants must go through the UPSC ESE eligibility criteria 2022 mentioned in the ESE notification 2022.

UPSC has released the detailed UPSC ESE 2022 notification along with the UPSC Engineering Services application form 2022. To complete the ESE 2022 application form, candidates from General, OBC and EWS category need to pay the application fee of Rs. 200 whereas reserved category and female candidates are excluded from fee payment. A total number of 247 vacancies have been announced for UPSC Engineering Services .

How to apply online for UPSC ESE 2022

Visit the official website - upsc.gov.in

On the homepage, click on the tab ‘Apply Online’

On the next page, click on the “Online Application for Various Examinations of UPSC”

Applicants have to complete the UPSC ESE application form in two parts - Part 1 and Part 2 through the drop-down menu.
Part 1

Complete the UPSC ESE registration by filling in some basic details such as personal, contact and academic details

Enter the details carefully as the basic details cannot be corrected

Candidates will get the application number and other details on the registered mobile number after successful registration.
Part 2

In Part 2 of ESE application form 2022, pay the ESE application fee

After the fee payment, upload the scanned image of the candidate's photograph, signature and photo ID in the prescribed format according to the ESE notification 2022.

Check the UPSC ESE application form 2022 thoroughly and edit the details if anything is missing or in case of error. UPSC will not provide any correction window after the final submission of the UPSC ESE application form.

Take the printout of the UPSC ESE application form 2022 and e-receipt for further use.
