UPSC IES, ISS 2023 interview schedule out; to be held from December 18

NEW DELHI: The Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) has announced the UPSC Indian Economic Service (IES) and Indian Statistical Service (ISS) personal interview schedule. The UPSC IES, ISS personality test 2023 will begin from December 18.

The complete roll-number-wise interview schedule has been published on the UPSC official website, upsc.gov.in. The personality test will be conducted in two shifts - forenoon from 9 am and afternoon from 1 pm.

The UPSC IES, ISS e-summon letters 2023 for interview will be made available shortly, on the commission’s official website, upsc.gov.in and upsconline.in. “No request for change in the date and time of the personality test (Interview) intimated to the candidates will ordinarily be entertained,” it informed.

Candidates appearing for UPSC IES, ISS interview will be granted reimbursement towards travelling expenses, which will be restricted only to the second, sleeper class train fare. The UPSC IES and ISS interview schedule will conclude on December 21.

As per the UPSC result 2023, a total of 39 IES candidates and 88 ISS candidates have been shortlisted for the interview. The interview schedule for 85 candidates has been announced on the official website, upsc.gov.in.

Candidates who score a minimum qualifying percentage of 15% fixed by the UPSC for OBC, general category will be qualified, as per the previous year cut-off.

Shortlisted candidates will be able to check the UPSC IES, ISS interview date and time from the “What’s New” section on the homepage of UPSC official website.
