UPSC declares Mains November 2025 results for assistant director, marketing officer; 97 qualify for interview

A total of 97 candidates have been selected for various posts through the UPSC Mains 2025 November exam. The commission through the recruitment exam will fill the post of assistant director of operation at ministry of aviation, marketing officer group 1 at ministry of agriculture and farmers welfare, and personal assistant, EPFO, ministry of labour and employment.
The recruitment process includes a UPSC prelims, mains, and an interview round.

UPSC Main 2025 November Results: Details
“The recommended candidates have been informed individually by post. Applications of other candidates were duly considered but regretted that it has not been possible to call them for interview/ recommend them for the post,” the notification reads.
As per the merit list, a total of 42 candidates have been advanced to the interview round for the position of assistant director at civil aviation. While 33 have been selected for marketing officer group 1 at the ministry of agriculture, and 22 for the seat of personal assistant, EPFO.
The mains results include the name of the post, office name, roll number of the recommendation candidates, their name.
“None candidates found suitable for 7 assistant director posts reserved for Economically Weaker Society (EWS), 2 posts (1 EWS and 1 OBC) were kept vacant due to pending court cases. Final result is subject to outcome of OA No. 3486/2025 and 3500/2025 filed in Hon'ble CAT PB, New Delhi,” the UPSC said in an official notification.
Similarly no candidate was found suitable for 6 marketing officer posts, reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC), 24 for Scheduled Tribe (ST), 85 for OBC, 30 for EWS and 116 for unreserved posts.
