- Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has UPSC CSE 2019 topper list. Pradeep Singh topped the Civil Services (IAS) 2019 exam while Jatin Kishore secured the second position. Total 829 candidates are shortlisted for appointment to 927 vacancies listed under Civil Services Exam 2019.

IAS toppers will be appointed to the services/ posts as per their preference. However, others will get a post/ position according to their rank and marks. Below is the list of UPSC toppers of 2019-

UPSC will release the marks and cut off scores within 15 days of the IAS result declaration. IAS Main 2019 interviews were held in February and August 2020. This year, the UPSC final result was delayed due to the COVID19 outbreak. The written UPSC result 2019 was declared in September 2019.
Shortlisted candidates will be appointed in listed department/ services
(i) Indian Administrative Service (IAS)
(ii) Indian Foreign Service (IFS)
(iii) Indian Police Service (IPS)
(iv) Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’
