NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) concluded the UPTET exam for Paper 1 today in offline mode. According to the students who appeared in the UPTET Paper 1 exam, the overall difficulty level of the question paper was easy to moderate. However, the Maths and English section was a little tough. Hindi paper was very easy and question on percentage was asked in math section of paper 1 of UPTET 2021.

As per Mohan, a question i.e. synonym of lotus was asked in Hindi section of paper 1. Gaurav, who appeared in the UPTET 2021 exam, said, “ Maths questions were tricky and lengthy. Some of the questions asked in the Maths section of UPTET were a bit confusing and time-consuming.”
According to Navneet, in the English section, there were questions based more on vocabulary and grammar whereas in the Child Development and Pedagogy section, there were 10-12 questions from the pedagogy and learning topic which were easy to answer.

UPTET exam analysis 2021 - Exam pattern overview
According to the UPTET Paper 1 exam analysis 2021, there were no changes in the number of questions asked in each section.
There were five sections containing 30 questions each.
In total, there were 150 questions carrying full marks of 150.
There was no negative marking
The total time duration was of 2 hours and 30 minutes
