NEW DELHI: Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan has released the Visva Bharati University admission form 2021 for undergraduate (UG), pre-degree, BEd, postgraduate (PG), advanced diploma, diploma, MEd, PhD and certificate courses in online mode at visvabharatiadmission.samarth.edu.in. The last date to apply for Visva Bharati university admission 2021-22 is August 26 (11:59 pm).

The application fee of Visva Bharati University for unreserved, EWS and OBC categories candidates is Rs 1000 for the first subject and additional Rs 400 for the second subject. Candidates belonging to the SC, ST and PwD categories have to pay the application fee of Rs 300 for the first subject and Rs 150 for the second subject.
The application fee can be paid through net banking, debit card, crest card, cash card or through mobile payment mode.
The Visva Bharati University entrance test 2021 will be held in two centres, Santiniketan and Sriniketan. The dates of the Visva Bharati University admission test 2021 will be announced in the due course of time. The maximum marks of the VBU admission test 2021 will be 100. To qualify the admission test, candidates belonging to the general and EWS categories must score at least 30 marks, whereas OBC candidates will be deemed as qualified if they obtain a minimum of 27 marks. There are no minimum marks for the SC and ST candidates.
For undergraduate programmes, the admissions will be done on the basis of the candidate's performance in the Class 12 examination. The merit list of Visva Bharati University is prepared based on the best of four subjects in Class 12 along with a subject in which the candidate wishes to pursue honours at the undergraduate level.
The university will reserve 2 seats per Bhavana for outstanding sportspersons. The candidates need to submit the inter-state, inter-university or international level certificates of achievement in sports with not less than 3rd rank in the event.
