WB Madhyamik Result 2023: Pass percentage drops slightly but saw gradual increase over 9 years

NEW DELHI: West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) will be declaring the WB Madhyamik result 2023 at 10 AM today, May 19, 2023. Students that appeared for the exams from February 23 to March 4, 2023 on the official website- wbresults.nic.in. The results can also be checked via SMS service. This year, the overall pass percentage of West Bengal 10th result is 86.15%, slightly drops compared to last year.
After the release of Madhyamik WBBSE result 2023, students can get admission into Class 11 or diploma courses as per their interest. Students who secure at least 25% marks in each compulsory subject will get a passing grade in WB Madhyamik result 2023.

Over the past 9 years, WB Madhyamik 10th results has seen a gradual increase in the overall pass percentage. In 2021, all students were passed due to the pandemic. The boys have been outshining girls, in an analysis of data of the past 5 years.

West Bengal Madhyamik Pariksha results 2023 for compartment exams will be announced in July 2023. As per the toppers list, Devadutta Majhi secured rank 1. Subham Pal and Rifat Hassan Sircar bagged second and third position.
