WB Police constable application 2024 correction window opens; 3,464 vacancies to be filled

Candidates can make corrections in their WB Lady police application form through the official website, wbpolice.gov.in.
NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Police Recruitment Board (WBPRB) has opened the application correction window for recruitment to the posts of Constable and Lady Constables in the Kolkata Police 2024 today, April 1. Candidates who have successfully submitted their application forms can make corrections in their WB Lady police form through the official website, wbpolice.gov.in.
The WB police constable application correction window will remain open between April 1 and April 7, 2024. Candidates can use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to make changes in the WB Lady police application form.
The recruitment drive aims fill up a total of 3,734 vacancies of lady police in the department. Out of which 3,464 posts are for Constable and 270 for Lady Constable posts in the Kolkata Police.

Candidates can follow the easy steps given below to make changes in the WB Lady constable application form
- Visit the official website wbpolice.gov.in
- On the homepage, go to “the post of Lady Constable in WBP 2024”
- Key in your login details and submit
- Make the necessary changes and submit
- Take a printout for future references.
WB Lady Constable 2024 Recruitment: Selection process
The positions for Lady Constable will be allocated based on the successful completion of the Preliminary Written Test, serving as a screening process, followed by the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Final Written Examination, and Interview round. The salary structure for this position is categorized under Level-6 within the pay matrix, ranging from Rs 22,700 to Rs 58,500.
