Download NowWBBSE 10th Toppers 2026: Abhirup Bhadra from Uttar Dinajpur has aced the West Bengal Class 10 board exam with 99.71%, securing rank 1. Priyatosh Mukherjee from Birbhum has scored 99.43% to secure rank 2, while Sourya Jana, Ankan Kumar Jana and Mainak Mondal have shared rank 3 with 99.29% in the WBBSE Madhyamik results 2026. The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has released the WBBSE class 10 exams result 2026 on the official website of WBBSE at wbresults.nic.in. Students can check their scores using valid details. Nearly 9.17 lakh students appeared for the West Bengal Madhyamik exams 2026, of which 131 students have mark their place in the top 10 position. The overall pass percentage stood at 86.83%.
Last year, the overall pass percentage recorded for 86.56%, marking consistency by West Bengal 10th students.
Around 9,71,340 students appeared for the WB Madhyamik 2026 exam this year, conducted from February 2 to 12 across more than 2,600 centres statewide. Students can also check their scores using DigiLocker and SMS.

Last year, Adrita Sarkar topped the WBBSE class 10 exams 2025 with 99.43% followed by Anubhav Biswas, Soumya Pal secured second position with 99.14%. The third position is gained by Ishani Chakraborty with 99%. This year, toppers are as follows:

WBBSE Class 10 Result 2026: District-wise performance
In the WB Madhyamik Result 2025, Purba Medinipur emerged as the top-performing district with an impressive pass percentage of 96.46%. It was followed by Kalimpong with 96.09%, while Kolkata also recorded a strong performance with 92.3%.

WB Class 10 Scores 2026: How to access via official websites
To download the WBBSE Madhyamik Result 2026, students can follow the steps given below:
- Go to the official WB Board results website at wbresults.nic.in
- Click on the link for the Class 10 marksheet PDF on the homepage
- Enter the required credentials such as roll/registration number and date of birth
- Your WB Madhyamik Class 10 result will be displayed on the screen
- Download the marksheet and keep a printed copy for future use
Students can also access their results via SMS. To do so, open the messaging app, type “WB10 your Roll Number,” and send it to 58888. Once sent, the result will be delivered to the same mobile number.
