NEW DELHI, June 19: WBJEE board has released the allotment result of WBJEE 2018 for Round 1 on June 19 in online mode. Seats have been allotted based on merit rank of the candidate in the offline exam and also choices opted by them. Candidates can check their seat allotment result and pay the seat acceptance fee by logging into candidate accounts. The institute-wise opening and closing ranks and seat allotment status have also been released; no log-in is required to check these details though.

Candidates who have been allotted seats have to pay the seat acceptance after logging into their accounts either through e-challan or online. Upon payment of the fee, they will be able to download the seat allotment letter. The candidate needs to next take a printout of the allotment letter and report at the notified centre for document verification.
How to check seat allotment result and pay seat acceptance fee
Go to the WBJEE website
Click on “Seat Allotment Result Round 1”
A page will open displaying three options.
Click on the “View Seat Allotment Result and Pay Seat Acceptance Fee” option
A log-in panel will open. Log-in using roll number and password
The seat allotment status will be displayed on screen. Download and take a printout.
Viewing opening and closing ranks
Select the second option - View Opening & Closing Rank
Select the Round (Round 1 in this case)
Enter exam type (WBJEE or JEE Main seats)
Select the institute and branch
The opening and closing ranks will be displayed on screen
Checking institute-wise seat allotment
Select third option - View Institute Wise Seat Allotment
A page containing a drop menu will appear.
Select the institute for which you want to check the seat allotment result
The seat allotment for the chosen institute will be displayed on screen

In case of candidates applying under 10% quota have to carry JEE Main 2018 admit and score/rank card.
