New Delhi: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has begun the WBJEE 2021 exam in offline mode (OMR based test) today. Paper 1 (mathematics) will be held from 11 am to 1 pm and WBJEE 2021 Paper 2 (physics and chemistry) will begin at 2 pm and end at 4 pm.

Candidates are allowed to enter the exam centre only if they have a valid WBJEE 2021 admit card. They will not be allowed to leave the WBJEE 2021 hall till the conclusion of the exam.

30 minutes before the exam time.

As the WBJEE 2021 exam is being conducted in an offline mode, candidates need to mark their answers on the OMR sheet provided with a blue or black ballpoint pen. WBJEE 2021 exam comprises three sections namely, maths, physics, and chemistry.

There are a total of 155 questions in both the papers that have to be answered in four hours [Paper-1 (2 hours) and Paper-2 (2 hours)]. There are three categories in each paper and all are multiple-choice questions (objective type). Category 1 will carry either one mark and category 2 will carry 2 marks.

WBJEE 2021 exam day instructions

  • Candidates must strictly follow COVID-19 protocols at the examination centre.

  • They are not permitted to enter the exam hall after the time of the commencement of the exam.

  • They must bring this WBJEE 2021 admit card to the exam centre along with a valid Photo Identity proof

    • Aadhaar card

    • Pan card

    • Passport

    • Voter card

    • The identity card of the school last appeared

    • Colour photograph

  • Use of wristwatch, log table, calculator, mobile phone or any other electronic items is not permitted in the exam hall.

  • If any candidates are found with any such items, they will be removed from the admission process.
