“This notice is not applicable for the primary schools which are not situated within the same premises along with higher secondary examination venues,” it clarified. The exam venue supervisors have been requested to take necessary steps to inform students about the suspension of classes.

In this regard, the exams for students who have not yet taken the Class 11 exams in the academic year 2023-24 will be conducted on the same day from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.

The board has also instructed the supervisors to make necessary arrangements for CCTV surveillance at the entry gate of all examination venues and in the room of venue supervisors (confidential rooms).

The officials have also been directed to preserve the CCTV footage till March 28 and produce before the board when demanded. The security arrangements have been made in light of the recent board exam paper leak reports and to prevent use of unfair means.
